I find the principle appealing.

One immediate implication that occurs to me is that economically, one should probably then adopt the Subjective Theory of Value (which I think is the right thing to do)

Because the things we choose to do may impact others, we must constrain individual rights when they conflict with rights of others. Although this may create a "chicken" & "egg" problem, I'd reword it like this:

Each person has the right to live according to their own values, provided that the exercise of this right does not violate the rights of another person.
