Actually, if you draw the 6 slowly enough, you can do it without changing the direction your leg moves.

Still, it's a pretty neat effect.

With a little concentration I can break the effect, regardless of the speed of hand and foot. This is probably due to the ambidextrous "re-wiring" that comes from many years of practicing Kung Fu.

I would expect professional dancers to have a similar override.

This is fascinating! Slowing the speed of the six or my leg makes does help make it easier to do.

But, I remained fixed upon the challenge of doing both quickly. I have yet to master it.

My leg is exhausted. Guess it's back to work.
