One of the many new features we've added to edu2.0 is that every school now gets its own customizable URL, banner, and home page. For example, here's a screen shot of the edu2.0 home page for the University of Puerto Rico, located at http://upr.edu20.org:
We've included a picture gallery, banner gallery, and several pre-canned layouts to make it easy for teachers and administrators to set up a basic home page, with the option of completely customizing the HTML if required.
And as usual, these features are 100% free with no ads or strings attached.
Great to see that Web 2.0 is hitting the education sector. I like that you are making access available free and that teachers can customise their own page.
