EDU 2.0 has had country home pages for a while (such as http://us.edu20.org), and now we're starting to add state home pages. For example, here's the page for Pennsylvania at http://pennsylvania.edu20.org:
Soon there will be forums, chat, wikis, and several other tools that will make it easy for users of EDU 2.0 to collaborate with other users in their state.
